My 12 Point ACTION plan for Equality in America for American’s of African Descent!
So after some help from my girl Raylene a conversation today with a female friend Dwan who stated: “Roy it seems like you have some answers. So why not put out a plan?" Well you know when she said that she woke up the spirit of #MikeTheMayor that lives within me. That would be my grandfather Michael E. Farrington, the janitor who the people in the community came to whenever there was a problem that needed fixing! He always taught me that no matter what position you hold you can make a difference!!! So with that being said here is my 12 Point ACTION plan for Equality in America for American’s of African Descent! Now there are some very directed things and some that may require a little more work. But if you need more information I already have written outlines on how to start and facilitate most of these suggestions in your city.
